Exhibit Titles and Ideas

1. Religiously Challenged
Applying satire and cynicism to the Catholic religion by juxtaposing questionable statements and imagery .

2. Amalgamation: A Fusion of Catholicism and Popular Culture
Use of advertising, slogans, and related pop culture to bring new meaning or reinforce meaning.

3. Stock Rituals
Making the Catholic religion more relatable and approachable by comparing the rituals to everyday tasks.

  1. Be sure to word the second one as a museum exhibit that surveys/frames/informs/etc the viewer about this fusion (as it currently exists in culture). Think about the type exhibits the Smithsonian offers. Right now it sounds a bit more like an exhibit you'd find in an art museum or art gallery.
